Supporting founders, executive teams, growing businesses, nonprofits, and international development organizations.
About us
Our Story:
From Advisers to Founders.
LINC Consulting began with two leaders who shared the same conviction: consulting should not end with a report—it should help organizations move forward.
Before founding LINC, our founders spent years working across Lebanon and the GCC, leading teams, supporting market expansion, and advising organizations across the public, private, and development sectors. Their experience included engagements involving government entities and ministries in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Oman, as well as international organizations (UN Agencies, USAID etc.) and private businesses navigating growth, transformation, and complex operational challenges.
After seeing these challenges from different perspectives—and understanding what makes strategies succeed or fail in practice—they decided to build their own consulting firm: one that combines international standards with strong regional knowledge and remains closely involved from the first challenge to implementation.
Founded in Beirut, LINC has since developed a trusted network of experts and regional partners across Iraq, Syria, Oman, and Greece. Today, we connect organizations with the right strategies, people, opportunities, and solutions—helping them make better decisions, strengthen performance, and create lasting impact.

One methodology.
Two kinds of client.
About half our work is with founders, investors and companies; about half with institutions, INGOs and donor-funded programmes. The method does not change — only the decision it informs.
Strategic Planning
Every kind of strategy an organisation needs — how it sells, how it grows, and how it is run.

Programme dashboards for donors and field teams, automated reporting, and analysis of thousands of open-ended survey answers in days rather than months.

Our track record
Years of experience behind us. A new chapter ahead.
Before founding LINC, its two founders built extensive experience with international consulting firms, contributing to engagements for ministries and public institutions across Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Oman, as well as UN agencies, international organizations and private-sector companies. In 2026, they brought this experience together to establish LINC.
In less than a year, the firm has already delivered 10+ engagements spanning investment readiness and fundraising, market expansion, governance, institutional growth, revenue development, market access, supply-chain advisory, proposal development and independent evaluation.
These projects mark the beginning of LINC's own track record — and we are only getting started.

Market Expansion, Investment & Governance Advisory
LINC is engaged under a long-term integrated advisory mandate to support Weevi's market expansion, investment round and organizational development.
The engagement began with a feasibility study assessing the commercial and financial viability of launching the company's newest application service in Lebanon and Saudi Arabia, with particular focus on the Saudi market. Based on the findings, LINC developed the company valuation, financial projections and investor pitch, presented the opportunity to potential investors, and supported the company through the successful completion of its funding round.
Following the investment, LINC's mandate expanded to include governance, organizational restructuring and post-investment performance monitoring. We continue to monitor the deployment of funds, assess progress against agreed business and investor targets, and support management in building the organizational structure, accountability systems and reporting mechanisms required for sustainable growth.

Evaluating results across food security, mental health and livelihoods
LINC's leadership conducted an independent end-of-project review of an integrated programme supporting vulnerable Lebanese and Syrian communities. The engagement applied a mixed-methods and theory-based evaluation approach combining document review, stakeholder interviews, focus groups, beneficiary surveys and site observations. From opportunity screening to contract award
LINC supported Zodiac Design & Engineering in identifying and pursuing a suitable UN-funded opportunity. We reviewed the eligibility requirements and terms of reference, developed the technical methodology and workplan, structured the financial proposal, prepared the required capability statements and CVs, and conducted a full compliance review before submission.
Beyond the successful bid, LINC developed reusable proposal templates, budget formats and submission tools to strengthen the company's internal capacity to pursue future UN tenders.

Understanding how livelihoods, displacement and conflict interact
The study aimed to develop an analytical understanding of the interlinkages between livelihoods, conflict, insecurity and tensions between host communities and displaced or refugee populations, as well as their relationship to armed group activity in the region.
Using a mixed-methods approach combining desk review, key informant interviews and contextual economic analysis, the assignment examined how livelihood opportunities, income-generation pathways and labour policies—such as work permit frameworks—interact with conflict dynamics in displacement-affected settings. The research assessed how economic pressures influence local-level tensions between host and displaced populations and explored the relationship between constrained livelihoods, conflict economies and recruitment into armed or radical groups, an area previously under-researched.
The resulting evidence-based analysis informed the design of conflict-sensitive livelihoods and peacebuilding programming and supported policy engagement, advocacy and donor dialogue, particularly in the context of international funding discussions related to Syria.
